Role Description: This is a part-time to full-time hybrid role for a Recruiting Operations Specialist located in Colombo, Sri Lanka. As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you will manage day-to-day recruiting operations, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating aptitude assessments, and supporting various recruitment activities. Strong emphasis on self-sourcing. Some training provided.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting operations, including sourcing and screening
- Knowledge of interview techniques and assessment methods
- Comfortable in creating sales channels
- Understanding of full-cycle recruitment
- Willingness to work overnight
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in human resources is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- English proficiency required, fluency in other languages preferred
