Job Description
Our Client, a leading BPO Company is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top talent through extensive networking and database utilization.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for a seamless candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics using KPIs and optimize hiring strategies.
- Source candidates strategically to meet operational requirements.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of talent acquisition and recruitment experience.
- Available for mid-shift work (1PM – 10PM) with transportation provided.
- Proven track record in building candidate pipelines and successful hiring.
- Experience in KPO/BPO industry preferred.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment effectively.
