Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist for Foreign Employment. Responsible for hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training. Crucial role in ensuring right talent is sourced and recruited for foreign employment opportunities.
Qualifications:
– Diploma or equivalent in Business Admin/Human Resources
– Proven experience in Recruiting for Foreign Employment
– In-depth knowledge of int’l recruitment processes and regulations
– Previous visa processing experience preferred
– Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
– Language proficiency in English to Sinhala. Tamil proficiency a plus
– Ability to work independently and solve problems
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
Responsibilities:
– Identify, source, and assess qualified candidates for international employment
– Ensure compliance with international employment regulations
– Tailor recruitment solutions to client requirements
– Manage documentation for candidate placements
– Stay updated on global employment trends and industry developments
