Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hiring, recruiting, and interviewing
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in the garment manufacturing industry is a plus
- Relevant professional qualification in Human Resources or related field
