Job Description

Job Title: Recruitment Executive

Job Description: As a Recruitment Executive, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the best talent is identified and engaged, helping drive the organization’s talent acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates using various channels.
  • Screen and assess candidate applications.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain candidate records and metrics in the ATS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of recruitment experience.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple processes in a fast-paced environment.
