Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Recruitment Executive located in Colombo. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for researching, hiring, communication, interviewing, and recruiting.

Qualifications:

• Hiring, Recruiting, and Communication skills
• Experience in employer branding and IT recruitment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
