Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruiter at Nhance Recruitment. The Recruiter will be responsible for day-to-day recruiting tasks, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and assisting in the selection process. This role is located in Colombo but allows flexibility of working from home and on-site.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English.
- A strong LinkedIn profile.
- Ability to screen candidate profiles according to Job descriptions.
- Ability to liaise with clients and candidates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint.
- The ability to design using Canva and awareness of social media posting is an advantage.
- School leavers and fresh graduates can also apply.
