Job Description
Reports To: Project Manager
Job Summary:
The Recovery Specialist will manage financial losses by implementing debt recovery strategies, interacting with customers for account resolution, and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
● Debt Recovery: Minimize financial losses by managing overdue accounts and employing effective collection strategies.
● Customer Interaction: Communicate to negotiate payment plans and resolve debts.
● Documentation: Maintain accurate records of communications and payments.
● Compliance: Ensure recovery actions comply with laws and company policies.
● Reporting: Generate reports on recovery activities and account status.
● Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or 2 years of debt collection experience.
Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and CRM software proficiency.
