Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify customers with outstanding debts.
- Contact and track debtors, encouraging timely repayment.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and inquiries.
- Negotiate specific payment plan arrangements with debtors.
- Follow up with customers to ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
- Investigate discrepancies to resolve outstanding customer accounts.
Requirements
- A/L qualification with basic accounting knowledge.
- Retired officials from police or any military forces are preferred.
- Prior work experience in Debt collection/Recovery, especially in the hotel industry, would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Sinhala.
- Knowledge of debt collection legal requirements.
- Strong individuals with good interpersonal skills.
- Should possess a valid driving license.
