Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recovery Officer in Maharagama. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of funds from clients who are in arrears. They will develop and implement recovery strategies, communicate with clients to negotiate repayment plans, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and payments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in debt recovery or a similar role
