Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at Wonder Bridge IT Solutions (Pvt) Ltd in Colombo. The Receptionist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including answering and transferring phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, managing appointments and schedules, performing clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Receptionist Duties and Customer Service skills
- Clerical Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- 3 years Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
