Description:
- Receive customers, vendors, and visitors, and maintain a comprehensive in/out registration record.
- Operate the telephone mainline system and update telephone extensions list.
- Arrange conference room bookings and maintain an up-to-date record.
- Coordinate local courier services for incoming and outgoing packages.

Qualifications:
- Tertiary Education
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a multinational company.
- Good organization and communication skills.
