We are seeking a proactive and friendly individual to serve as the first point of contact for our guests at NH Bentota Ceysands Resort. As a receptionist, you will greet and assist guests with a genuine warmth, maintain an immaculate reception area, and provide information about our facilities and services.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet guests warmly on arrival
- Provide information about services and facilities
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Address guest issues promptly
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Follow Front Office standards
- Handle phone calls and messages
Qualifications
- Diploma in hospitality management or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of OPERA is preferred
