Job Description
Job Duties:
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains telecommunication system following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Documents and communicates actions, irregularities, and continuing needs for work team continuity.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- High integrity, honesty, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Professional attitude, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
- Outstanding and pleasant personality.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (both written and verbal).
