Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and well-organized Reception & Administrative Executive to provide excellent customer service and comprehensive administrative support. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with various administrative and finance-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, directing as required.
- Maintain records of external visitors, ensuring proper reception.
- Coordinate cheque handovers and manage related documentation.
- Update and request stationery stock as necessary.
- Organize transport arrangements, including airport travel and client visits.
- Create and update timesheets, assist with invoice processing.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years’ experience as Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
