Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and well-organized Reception & Administrative Executive to provide excellent customer service and comprehensive administrative support. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with various administrative and finance-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, directing as required.
  • Maintain records of external visitors, ensuring proper reception.
  • Coordinate cheque handovers and manage related documentation.
  • Update and request stationery stock as necessary.
  • Organize transport arrangements, including airport travel and client visits.
  • Create and update timesheets, assist with invoice processing.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • 2+ years’ experience as Receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
