Job Description
- Efficiently follow up on all land-related inquiries, ensuring smooth and timely responses to potential buyers and stakeholders.
- Assist the approvals team by coordinating with key regulatory bodies (UDA, CEA, SLLRDC, and Fragmentation Board) to obtain necessary permits and documents.
- Work closely with surveyors to manage land surveys and plans, ensuring accurate mapping and boundary details.
- Assisting in resolving customer complaints related to land boundaries and plans with a customer-centric approach, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
