Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Quantity Surveyor based in Kelaniya. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, conducting feasibility studies, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed within budget. They will also collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Experience in project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Professional certification is a plus
