Job Description

• Proficiency in estimating costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Developing and managing project budgets.
• Preparing tender documents and evaluating bids.
• Negotiating contracts and procuring necessary materials and services.
• Conducting measurements and valuations of ELV works.
• Preparing bills of quantities (BOQs) and payment applications.
• Monitoring project costs and ensuring they stay within budget.
• Handling variations, claims, and final accounts.
