Job Description
- Proficiency in estimating costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Developing and managing project budgets.
- Preparing tender documents and evaluating bids.
- Negotiating contracts and procuring necessary materials and services.
- Conducting measurements and valuations of ELV works.
- Preparing bills of quantities (BOQs) and payment applications.
- Monitoring project costs and ensuring they stay within budget.
- Handling variations, claims, and final accounts.
