Role Description
Full-time on-site role at Tudawe Brothers in Colombo. Responsibilities include cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, planning, and reporting for infrastructure projects on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Cost Control, Management, and Reporting skills
- Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Proficiency in Cost Planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
