Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and their application in IT service management
• Proficiency with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix) and database management systems (SQL, Oracle)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with QA tools and software
