Job Description
We are a leading player in the automotive industry, seeking a highly skilled Quality & Process Specialist. Responsibilities include ensuring strict adherence to manufacturing processes, quality control standards, implementing ISO standards, conducting internal audits, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure process adherence and quality control.
- Implement and maintain ISO standards.
- Conduct internal audits and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams for quality goals.
- Lead ISO certification processes and provide staff training.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management.
- 5+ years in quality assurance and ISO implementation in automobiles.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems.
- Experience in assembly line quality control and process improvement.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
