Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ensure the compliance of all company operations with company QMS guidelines and policies.
- Maintaining the ISO 9001-2015 standard requirements.
- Conduct internal quality audits and training programs according to the set plan along with the quality team.
- Coordinate with the company department document coordinators for document control.
- Preparation of related documents and presentations for the management review meeting.
- Punctual arrangement of related equipment in the institute for the calibration and maintenance of the calibration reports.
- Training of company staff to comply with ISO standards.
- Arrangement of environmental quality testing punctually.
Qualifications :
- Be a holder of Diploma in quality management from Sri Lanka Standards Institution.
- Possess at least two years of experience in the quality management field.
- Should possess a good knowledge regarding ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 14001-2015 standards.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work independently and should be target-oriented.
- Ability to work as a good team member.
