JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Monitoring in-line quality parameters and giving in-process QA approvals in the production line
• Conduct inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Help implement and oversee quality assurance procedures, including testing and sampling protocols.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues and suggest improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks and prepare reports for senior management.
• Assist in training staff on quality control standards and best practices.
• Support the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance product quality.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE;

• GCE A/L results in science subjects.
• Diploma or certificate in Food Science, Manufacturing, Quality Control, or related field would be added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ industry experience in a food manufacturing company.
• Experience with canning and retort operations will be an added advantage.
• Living in Close proximity to Kurunegala, Pannala, Negombo area.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with teams across the production floor.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on role with career development opportunities.
• Familiarity with ISO standards or other quality certifications will be an advantage.
