Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) to comply with aerospace industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop QMS standards aligned with AS9100, CAA Part 21G, and ISO 14001 EMS.
  • Lead quality assurance team for compliance throughout product lifecycle.
  • Conduct internal and external audits for QMS & EMS certifications.
  • Train and mentor staff for quality excellence and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of aerospace quality assurance experience.
  • Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and industry standards.
  • Fluent in English, proficient in quality management tools and leadership skills.
