Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to maintain product excellence.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Monitor raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance within the FMCG sector.
