Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Quality Control to oversee our canned food production process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining top-quality standards throughout. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Monitor production stages for quality and safety
- Conduct quality audits and inspections
- Collaborate with production teams on quality issues
- Manage laboratory testing of product samples
- Train and supervise the quality control team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field
- 5+ years of quality control experience in canned food industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with quality control tools and software
