Overview:
Join CAREER141, an international accessories manufacturer and exporter, in Colombo as a Quality Assurance Manager. With over 20 years of experience in Sri Lanka, you will oversee quality processes for apparel, bags, and leather goods.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials and finished goods.
- Analyze processes for continuous improvement.
- Record defects accurately in the QMS.
- Generate detailed quality reports.
- Perform quality control checks and audits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Proactively address quality issues.
- Oversee quality control at third-party factories.
- Liaise with global production teams.
- Carry out other relevant duties as needed.
Pre-requisites:
- Degree in science-related field.
- Minimum 10 years factory experience.
- Professional qualifications are a plus.
- Excellent English and Sinhala skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
