Smartzi is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join our team in Jaffna. If you have a Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of industry experience and strong expertise in quality engineering practices, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Define test strategies and lead test planning
- Review technical documents and provide feedback
- Evangelize quality engineering philosophy
- Collaborate with engineering teams from project kickoff
- Oversee quality engineering standards and best practices
- Provide technical guidance in test automation and performance engineering
- Manage test execution and communicate statuses to stakeholders
- Mentor and lead a team of Quality Engineers
- Stay updated on new testing tools and strategies
