Job description

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to join our team. The QA Lead will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts for our products/projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional products to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify, prioritize, and track QA issues and defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in requirements analysis and design reviews to provide input on testability and quality.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in quality assurance, with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
