Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Implementing and overseeing quality control processes throughout the production and supply chain to maintain consistent product quality.
- Ensuring the products meet all relevant industry standards.
- Collaborating with suppliers to maintain quality standards for raw materials and components used in production.
- Establishing and maintaining quality standards and specifications for all products.
- Conducting internal and external audits to assess adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identifying and mitigating quality-related risks and regulatory requirements.
- Attending the Training and Development session.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in food science and technology.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Postgraduate Qualification would be an added advantage.
- SLS diploma for system certification.
