Job Description
Ensure academic compliance with local and international regulations in consultation with the Senior Manager – Quality Assurance & Compliance.
- Assist in internal Quality Audits per ISO 9001:2005 & 14001:2015 criteria across all departments and regional centers.
- Contribute to policy development and maintenance of QMS and EMS documentation.
- Conduct monthly quality audits for CIPM regional centers and oversee lecture hall standards.
- Prepare reports, implement improvement plans, and conduct staff training sessions.
- Perform building inspections, surveys, and competitor analysis for Quality, Productivity, and Business Excellence.
