Responsibilities:

• Ensure personal hygiene, premises cleaning, and effective waste management.
• Oversee line clearance before production starts, during changeovers, and after production.
• Maintain required documents and records in accordance with standards.
• Conduct inspections of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Perform in-process inspection activities.
• Inspect water treatment plant operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Quality Assurance, Food Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or similar role.
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
