Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute test cases, provide technical confirmation, and ensure stakeholder readiness.
- Conduct training on new products and systems for smooth operations.
- Assure total quality and customer satisfaction.
- Share knowledge with the product development team to meet business expectations.
- Participate in User Acceptance Tests (UAT) to ensure technical functionality.
- Supervise customer interface management activities.
- Verify end-to-end customer journeys for optimal customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of Software QA and BA experience.
- Strong knowledge in telecommunication, QA techniques, project management, and database tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent English/Sinhala communication skills.
