Job Description
Responsibilities:
- 3+ years in OTC (Order to Cash) preferably with experience in O&G industry/Supply Chain Operations/Heavy Industries.
- Prior work experience in Quality management role in OTC domain.
- Extensive end-to-end practical knowledge of OTC activities with SAP modules experience.
- Able to select and audit samples, report observations timely.
- Experience in identifying CAPA, RCA, and suggesting actions.
- Provide coaching & feedback to team, achieve accuracy targets.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
