Job Description
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Communicate and Track quality risks, gaps, or issues
- Verify software and business requirements
- Improve testing infrastructure and processes
- Create metrics to measure product performance
- Lead testing planning and execution
- Develop and enhance QA processes
- Define quality metrics and test effectiveness
- Establish a Quality-driven engineering culture
- Operationalize test plans and evolve QA processes
- Work with project leads to prioritize issues
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- 5+ years of QA experience
- Experience with Databases (SQL, Oracle, DB2)
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in testing, automation, and security
- Experience in defect tracking tools
