Job Description

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Communicate and Track quality risks, gaps, or issues
• Verify software and business requirements
• Improve testing infrastructure and processes
• Create metrics to measure product performance
• Lead testing planning and execution
• Develop and enhance QA processes
• Define quality metrics and test effectiveness
• Establish a Quality-driven engineering culture
• Operationalize test plans and evolve QA processes
• Work with project leads to prioritize issues

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• 5+ years of QA experience
• Experience with Databases (SQL, Oracle, DB2)
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience in testing, automation, and security
• Experience in defect tracking tools
