Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a QA lead or senior QA role
- A strong background in software development and quality assurance methodologies
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
