Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with expertise in both automation and manual testing to join our dynamic team at iTelaSoft. As a QA Engineer, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing methodologies, contributing to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Quality and on-time deliverables of test assignments.
- Requirements elaboration and independent source of user stories.
- Test to break attitude and defect management.
- Prepare test plans/strategies and implement them.
- Create test cases, execute, automate, and generate test reports.
- Validate and review QA artefacts and project documentation.
- Release gating and user acceptance process ownership.
- Escalate issues, propose corrective actions, and close roadblocks.
- Adhere to company quality frameworks and engage in improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience.
- BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in Agile (Scrum) methodology and tools like JIRA.
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and willingness to take ownership.
- ISTQB qualification is a plus.
