Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based applications and services.
- Leading the architecture and technical design of complex systems.
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into scalable and efficient solutions.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Performing code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Identifying and resolving technical challenges and performance bottlenecks.
- Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- X+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python.
- Proven track record of designing and building scalable, high-performance Python applications.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with Django, Flask, or other Python frameworks.
- Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
