Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure timely processing of local purchase requisitions
- Assist in procurement of special raw materials and services for projects
- Coordinate material supply to project sites
- Visit suppliers to verify specifications
- Maintain documents for ISO 9001:2015
- Submit management information reports
- Assist Procurement Manager in sourcing from overseas suppliers
Qualifications and Experience:
- GCE (A/L) in mathematics/technology or commerce
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
- Experience in engineering project procurement preferred
- Professional qualifications in purchasing management a plus
- Willingness to travel to project sites
