Job Description
Are you an experienced purchasing professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Purchasing Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the purchasing department and manage procurement activities for all hotel departments.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for cost-effective purchasing without compromising quality.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers for favorable terms and prices.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and source new vendors as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
• Collaborate with various departments for procurement needs and support.
• Ensure compliance with all purchasing policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
