Position: Purchase Order Specialist

- Validates a customer’s purchase order
- Makes outbound calls to acquire customer requirements
- Addresses customer complaints and elevates when all efforts have been exhausted
- Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails
- Responds to incoming emails and phone inquiries
- Performs quality documentation, closure, and communication to the customer
- Maintains a high level of responsiveness to internal and external customers
- Adapts to changing circumstances and assumes the role of a change agent
