Job Description
A Leading UK IT Company based in Colombo is seeking a Provisioning / First Line Support Engineer. Join a dynamic team in the Cloud Communications & IT Service sector, responsible for handling support calls and cases resolution.

Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for inbound support calls and tickets.
- Manage faults and service requests.
- Address support calls, raise cases, and troubleshoot network and phone system issues.
- Remotely log into customers’ systems to resolve issues.
- Follow escalation protocols when necessary.
- Retain knowledge of network products and services.
- Accountable for all 1st line incidents through resolution.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
