Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Property Manager to oversee Facilities Management Services for a property in Baththaramulla Koswatte. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards in facilities management. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with homeowners, tenants, vendors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Oversee the maintenance staff.
- Implement house rules and property management policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and expense control.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property improvements and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with condominium management laws and regulations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a managerial role.
- Fluent in English and Sinhala languages.
- Must reside within 15 kms within Athurugiriya.
- Preferred technical background.
- Knowledge in condominium management law is an added advantage.
