Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Officer for a Grade – AA position in Colombo. As a Property Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep and maintenance of properties in our portfolio. This includes conducting regular inspections, overseeing repairs and renovations, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in property maintenance, excellent attention to detail, and good communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of building systems and regulations are preferred.
