Job Description

Qualifications:

• NDT/NDES/NCT or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institute.
• Minimum of 02 years experience in a similar role, with interior designing background preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective leadership abilities to lead and motivate a team.
• Able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision and extended hours.
• A valid driving license is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day activities at project sites.
• Ensure project deadlines and milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with teams for timely delivery of materials and services.
• Promptly address on-site issues and report to the Project Manager.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to the Project Manager.
• Maintain project records, including daily logs, material usage, and labor.
• Communicate client requirements and expectations to relevant teams.
• Develop contingency plans for unexpected challenges.
