Role Description

Qualifications
- Project Management, Community Development, and Networking skills
- Experience with vulnerable communities and humanitarian actors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with government and international partners
- Knowledge of social justice, peacebuilding, and sustainable development
- Fluency in English and Sinhala/Tamil languages
- Bachelor’s degree in International Development or related field
