Job Description
- Direct oversight, management and accountability for project(s).
- Apply lean/agile values throughout project phases.
- Proficient in Scalable Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Establish and manage Agile practices.
- Remove impediments hindering productivity.
- Manage product backlog and work effort estimations.
- Lead sprint planning, review and retrospective.
- Servant leader with knowledge of software delivery methodologies.
- Core Project Management Competencies.
- Enterprise Project delivery experience.
- Insurance Business Domain & Technical Knowledge.
- Challenge assumptions and ensure quality outcomes.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies.
- 4-6 years project management experience at Enterprise Level.
- Agile Certified Practitioner or Certified Scrum Master preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
