Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team at Econsulate.
Responsibilities include:
- Guiding cross-functional teams in executing Scrum principles
- Conducting all Scrum ceremonies
- Removing impediments
- Reviewing progress and working with stakeholders
- Providing insights for product backlog management
- Coaching team members and driving continuous improvement
- Ensuring team metrics accuracy and collaboration with process governing teams
Requirements:
- 3-5 years Scrum Master experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT; certifications like CSM required
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks and Project Management Tools
- Domain knowledge and technical background preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
