Job Description

We are Hiring Project Manager at Uva Shakthi Foundation

Location: UVA / Badulla District

The candidate shall be a dynamic and skilled professional (Team Leader) Male or Female to assist the Civil Society Organizations and Community Collectives for Democratic Governance -CCDG in Sri Lanka with Funding of the United States Agency of International Development (USAID) Project to empower the communities in Malaiyaham.

Job Description: The candidate shall be responsible and accountable for implementing the entire project scope, the project team and resources, the project budget, and the success planning, coordinating, and implementing projects to manage project KPIs. They will also effectively monitor project updates to relevant stakeholders, beneficiaries, and partnership members.

Responsibilities: Ensure smooth operations with the field staff team to effectively meet project deliverables. Monitor and ensure SOP adherence, manage the complete delivery through his team, coach, assign tasks, and support project team members.

Qualifications: Masters or Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma (Project Management) | Skill Project Planning, Project Execution or equivalent experience 3 – 4 years of relevant work experience in NGO’s.
