PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure project is on track and in line with project objectives.
• Ensure strong communication with project stakeholders (internal/External), establish effective project communication plan.
• Sprint planning / Tracking project progress / Review and Retrospective conduct using agile SCRUM project management methodology.
• Oversee project risks, budgeting, scope management, resource management and other management aspects of the project.
• Ensure the project team adhere to delivery guidelines and project management methodology is followed.
• Liaise with senior management and involve in developing and implementing project management best practices to ensure a successful project delivery.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology.
• Professional qualifications preferably PMP / CSM / PMI-ACP would be an added advantage.
• 4+ years of experience in a project management role.
• Hands-on experience in project management tools such as JIRA
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Working with SCRUM teams and good understanding on software development process is an advantage.
• Prior experience in handling large-scale projects in the financial domain would be a definitive advantage.
• Ability to handle pressure and handle multiple projects parallel is a required skill
